📄 Shipping Policy

At LUMUS, we work to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below you will find the shipping and delivery conditions applicable to purchases made on our website.

 

1) Order Processing

  • Preparation time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 WET are processed the next business day.

  • During promotional periods or sales, processing may take longer.

 

2) Estimated Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Azores and Madeira: 4–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Spain/EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days (varies by country).

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to reasons beyond LUMUS's control (strikes, weather, logistics peaks, etc.).

 

3) Carriers and Tracking

  • We ship via carrier/CTT (may vary depending on destination and volume).

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking code to your email.

  • If you do not receive the tracking within 48 business hours, contact us: support@lumus.store.

 

4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, before payment.

  • Free shipping for orders over €50 (mainland Portugal only), unless otherwise stated.

  • International orders may incur additional costs.

 

5) Addresses, Failures and Redeliveries

  • Please verify your address and contact details are correct at the time of purchase.

  • In case of incorrect address, recipient absence or unclaimed order, redelivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes where the carrier does not permit it.

 

6) Damage and Lost Orders

  • If the package arrives damaged, photograph it before and during opening.

  • Report within 48 business hours to support@lumus.store, attaching photos and order number.

  • If damage/loss is confirmed, we will provide replacement or refund following review.

 

7) Pre-Order Items

  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in a single shipment when all products are available, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The estimated availability date will be shown on the product page.

 

8) International Shipping, Taxes and Customs

  • For countries outside the EU, customs duties, local VAT and customs charges may be applied by the destination country.

  • These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the amount paid to LUMUS.

 

9) Force Majeure

  • LUMUS is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (natural disasters, strikes, border controls, public holidays, etc.), but will do its best to minimise any impact.
